Shipping

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.) or internationally.

Shipping rates

  • Contiguous U.S. (48 states): $7 flat rate
  • Alaska & Hawaii: $25 flat rate (air shipping)
  • Free shipping on orders over $75 (contiguous U.S. only)

Processing & delivery

  • Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Contiguous U.S. delivery: 3–5 business days after processing
  • Alaska & Hawaii delivery: 5–8 business days after processing

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or email hello@theampoulelab.com.

Lost or delayed packages

Carriers occasionally experience delays beyond our control. If your package hasn't arrived 10 business days after shipment, email us and we'll work with the carrier on your behalf.

Returns & Refunds

Return window

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

What can be returned

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Outer seals and box must be intact
  • Final-sale or promotional bundle items are non-returnable

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened skincare products.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@theampoulelab.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address within 1 business day.
  3. Ship the package back using a tracked service. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less the original shipping fee. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. It typically appears in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return required.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
